We know that you have many farmers’ markets to choose from, so we sincerely appreciate your support throughout the year. This weekend proves to be a great opportunity for stocking up on seasonal goodies before it’s too late, so pay Market in the Valley a visit. You’ll not only get high-quality produce and other items handcrafted by local vendors, but you’ll also have an opportunity to show appreciation for their businesses by stopping by and saying Thank you!
This year’s market was a resounding success, owing to the hard effort of our vendors. From the food trucks to the handmade booths, they all contributed to creating a pleasant and festive atmosphere. We’d like to take this opportunity to thank each of our vendors for their commitment and hard work. Next year, we look forward to working with you again.
As the temperatures drop, so do the number of summer fruits and vegetables available. In the warmer months, dishes are traditionally filled with fresh berries, cherries, and peaches. During winter though, heartier root vegetables and citrus fruits become more popular. Even though these seasonal ingredients always make a welcomed addition to any recipe – no matter what time of year it is – they can be difficult to find when they’re not in season. The best way to enjoy them all year round is by stocking up on them while they’re still readily available.
This Sunday, wake up early and head down to the farmers’ market for the freshest seasonal food. Get there before the crowds pick everything over, and take some time to explore. Check out new merchants or revisit old favorites as they appear. Before they’re gone, stock up on seasonal fruits and vegetables. The final market of the season will be here very soon, so make plans to attend and have a good time!
Parking is limited, so consider carpooling or if you are local, gather up the family and walk on down.
